A garage designed, not just finished
A standard garage system is chosen for the slab and daily use. A custom garage starts somewhere else: the collection, the colors, how the space should feel when the door goes up. The floor becomes part of the design — a metallic finish matched to a car's paint, a border framing the parking bays, a logo at the entrance.
What doesn't change is what's underneath: a showpiece finish over poor prep is still a failing floor, so the concrete work is identical to any other job.

One package for a residential garage, priced as a whole rather than per square foot. It includes:
- Design consultation — layout, bay outlines and emblem placement talked through first
- Color selection — palette locked in before anything is scheduled
- Premium surface system — the decorative build chosen for your garage
- Custom flake, quartz or metallic — one of three showcase finishes
- Decorative borders — framing around walls or parking positions
- High-performance topcoat — the final protective layer
- Detailed cleanup — debris bagged and hauled off site
Black Label custom work
When the design goes further — custom metallic, logos, multiple colors, detailed borders — the floor shifts to our Black Label tier, $10–15+/sq ft. Custom designs may exceed this range and can be quoted separately.
Not every garage needs either. If an Essential or Signature system gives you the look you want, we'll tell you.
Why a package instead of a per-foot rate
Design hours, border layout and palette work don't shrink or grow neatly with square footage. A single package price keeps the conversation about the result rather than a meter reading, and it tells you the range up front.

A trio of systems does most of the work in a custom garage. They can be combined with borders and multiple colors.

Custom and metallic floors take longer to install than our standard garage systems, and we plan the schedule with you.
A metallic floor takes about 3 days. Quartz and custom flake builds depend on the size of the garage and the system chosen.
