Equestrian Facility Floor Coatings in Central Florida
Barn aisles, wash areas, tack rooms and feed rooms get hosed down, walked by horses and people every day, and need to stay practical to clean. We offer floor coatings for the concrete in barns and stable support areas, tailored for texture, maintenance and demanding use.

Built around wet footing and easy cleaning
In a barn, texture comes first. Wet concrete in an aisle or wash rack needs footing, and every surface needs to rinse and sweep clean without a lot of effort. That's the lens we use to plan an equestrian floor, together with the condition of the existing slab.
Project scope depends on the surface that's there today and on how the facility runs: how often areas are washed, what equipment rolls through, and which spaces are for horses and which are for people.
Working around the horses
A barn never really closes, so the plan starts with the animals and the daily routine.
- Where the horses goTurnout, a second barn or temporary stalls while an aisle or wash rack is out of service.
- Feeding and choresHay, grain and bedding deliveries rerouted so the work area stays empty.
- Tack and equipment movedSaddles, bridles, blankets, cross-tie hardware and grooming boxes cleared out.
- Wash-rack drainsDrain grates and slopes checked so rinse water keeps running off.
- Farrier and vet areasSpots where horses stand for long periods and where footing matters.
- Dust and beddingShavings and hay dust controlled so the surface can be cleaned properly.
Boarding stable, training barn or backyard barn
A boarding operation with dozens of stalls, a show or training barn with a busy grooming area, a breeding farm with foaling stalls, or a two-horse backyard barn behind the house — each has a different rhythm. Tell us the size of the barn, how many horses live there, and which spaces see the most water and hooves every day.
Quartz: a textured, slip-resistant system
Quartz broadcast over resin leaves a textured, slip-resistant surface, which is why it's the first system we discuss for wet areas around a barn. We have installed quartz flooring in horse stables, finished with a polyaspartic top coat.
The rest of the property
A horse property usually has more concrete than the barn. We can plan other surfaces you want finished in the same conversation.
Driveways. Concrete drives to the barn and the house. Concrete driveway coatings
Barn offices. Finished floors for the business side of the facility. Commercial floor coatings
A private hangar too? Hangar floors are planned on their own terms. Aircraft hangar floors
