Epoxy Flooring in Orlando

Epoxy flooring is a two-part resin, combined at your property and spread over concrete that has been mechanically abraded and left spotless. Around Orlando we put it down in houses and commercial rooms — a plain solid color for a bathroom or shop, or a decorative look for a living area that should stand out.

Where epoxy flooring works

One material, very different rooms. The look changes with the job each floor has to do.

Inside the house

Bathrooms, hobby workshops and similar rooms sitting on concrete, turned into one continuous surface.

Stores and shops

Supermarkets, gas stations and auto repair shops are where most people meet solid color epoxy without noticing it.

Commercial floor coatings

Statement rooms

Metallic and marble effects bring flowing color to chosen rooms, designed around the space.

Solid Color Epoxy

Solid color epoxy floors

Solid color is epoxy at its simplest: one uniform shade wall to wall, no chips, no pattern. Gray, black and white are the usual picks, and a custom shade is possible too.

That plainness is exactly why it dominates retail aisles and service bays. At home it works well in workshops, utility spaces and any room where a single tidy tone is the aim.

  • Gray, black, white or a shade you choose
  • Finished with a polyaspartic top coat
  • Essential tier: $5–7/sq ft

Residential Interiors

Epoxy for home interiors

Resin flooring isn't reserved for parking. Indoors we treat concrete in bathrooms, hobby workshops and other rooms where one seamless surface beats grout lines or raw cement.

Bathrooms are among the spaces our lead installer has handled during his 4+ years in the trade. For a living area meant to impress, metallic and marble epoxy is the decorative route.

Please clear the room first — furniture and personal items stay with you.

Real epoxy is not a can of paint

Some products marketed as epoxy are closer to paint, and some crews rush the groundwork. Either shortcut produces the kind of failed floor we strip and redo.

Genuine epoxy is a two-part resin that only grips concrete which has been mechanically abraded and left spotless before parts A and B are combined, with moisture testing when needed. Our full nine-step sequence walks through it.

Stuck with a peeling surface already? Coating repair and resurfacing explains how a failed layer is removed first.

Useful to know when you call

  • Which room, and roughly how many square feet
  • Whether the slab is bare, painted or previously coated
  • How the space is used day to day
  • The look you're after: one solid color or a decorative effect
  • Your city

Planning tips for an indoor epoxy floor

  • Choose the shade under the room's own lighting, not a showroom's.
  • Think about transitions where the new surface meets adjacent flooring at doorways.
  • Decide where furniture goes once the room is handed back.
  • Consider how often the space is mopped, and by whom.

Epoxy or polyaspartic? We install both.

Which one suits you depends on the slab, how the floor is used and the finish you want. We recommend after we hear about the space.

Epoxy flooring questions

Solid color is one kind of epoxy floor: a single uniform color with no flakes. Epoxy also comes in decorative looks such as metallic and marble, and it is the base resin under flake systems.

Gray, black and white are the common choices. A custom color is also possible — tell us what you have in mind when you call.

Yes. Interior rooms on a concrete slab, including bathrooms and home workshops, are part of the work. The room needs to be empty before we begin.

Yes. Solid color epoxy is common in stores, gas stations and repair shops. See commercial floor coatings for offices, restaurants and retail spaces.

Not if that layer has failed. A peeling or poorly adhered coating has to come off first, so we grind the floor back and start again — see our repair page.
