How we work

A coating is only as good as the prep

  1. Evaluate the slab. We look at your concrete and how you use the space before recommending a system.
  2. Grind and clean. Mechanical grinding, vacuuming and a dust-free clean before any coating goes down.
  3. Coat, top coat and clean up. Base coat, color, flakes or quartz, then a polyaspartic top coat (metallic systems use their own finish coat) — and we haul away the job debris.

Yes. Gatto Services carries general liability insurance.

Yes — every installation is backed by a written warranty covering delamination, loss of adhesion and installation-related failures, when the floor is used and maintained as instructed. Full terms come with your estimate.

Most of our garage installations are completed in one day. Installation day isn't move-in day, though: light foot traffic after 72 hours (earlier only if we authorize it), vehicles and heavy loads after 5 days, and full cure in 7 days. Metallic systems take about 3 days to install. When you can use your floor.
