Restaurants, barbershops, retail stores and offices need a floor that looks right to customers and stands up to a full day of traffic. We coat commercial concrete floors with systems selected around surface condition, traffic and how the floor gets cleaned.

Each space puts a different load on the floor. The system we recommend follows from what happens on it every day.
Customers judge a business by the entrance, the restroom and the counter. Staff live on the floor behind it. A good plan treats both.
Entry and lobby, dining room, sales floor, checkout lanes, waiting area and restrooms. Color, sheen and a consistent look from the door to the back wall matter most here — many owners match the floor to their brand colors or storefront.
Kitchen line, dish area, prep counters, stockroom, back hallway and employee break room. Here the questions are spills, mopping routines, rolling racks and footing when the floor is wet.
The old epoxy layer was sanded off the concrete and the room got a new epoxy coat. Photos before and after, plus videos of the sanding.

We recommend a system once we know the slab and how the space works. These are the options most business owners ask about.
Solid color epoxy. A uniform color coat — gray, black, white or a custom color. It's the finish you most often see in supermarkets, gas stations and service shops. Solid color epoxy
Quartz. Broadcast quartz over resin leaves a textured, slip-resistant surface — a common pick where floors get wet. Quartz floor systems
Full flake. Decorative flakes cover the entire floor for a textured finish with a more forgiving appearance. Flake and full flake floors
Heavier-duty production space? A different kind of project. Industrial floor coatings
Solid color systems come in gray, black, white or a custom color, so a coffee shop can pick a warm neutral, a fitness studio a bold accent, and a medical or dental office a clean, clinical tone. Bring your logo palette, paint swatches or the interior designer's board; we'll talk through how the floor color will read under your lighting and next to your fixtures, counters and signage.
How many customers come through on a busy Saturday? Do staff wear non-slip shoes? Is the floor cleaned with a mop and bucket, an auto-scrubber or a hose and squeegee, and with which chemicals? Are there floor sinks, grease traps or trench drains? Is there tile, VCT or sheet vinyl on the floor now, and is the building new construction or a second-generation space? The answers narrow the options quickly.
Every business has its own quirks: a bakery dusts the floor with flour, a pet groomer fights hair and bathwater, a boutique wants a gallery-like sheen under track lighting, a brewery taproom deals with sticky spills, and a dental lobby needs a calm, spotless look for patients.
Working toward a grand-opening date, a franchise's brand standards or a design-build schedule? Share them early so the floor lands in the right slot on the calendar.
A commercial job starts with understanding the slab and the operation: foot traffic, carts or equipment, spills, cleaning routine and the parts of the floor customers see.
How long the space is out of service depends on the size of the floor and the system. Afterward, light foot traffic is allowed after 72 hours and the floor reaches full cure in 7 days. We'll confirm the schedule with you before work starts.
The area has to be cleared of furniture, equipment and stock before we begin. Every job starts by grinding the existing surface — bare concrete, old paint or an old coating — and removing all dust, with moisture testing when needed. The finish layer is a polyaspartic top coat.
Call for pricing. Commercial floors are quoted individually once we understand the space: square footage, slab condition, repairs, preparation and the system you choose all move the number.
Peeling or worn coatings in business spaces often trace back to how the concrete was prepared. The fix is to take the failed layer off, prepare the concrete again and install a new system.

It depends on where in the restaurant and how the floor is cleaned. Textured systems such as quartz and full flake are common where floors get wet; solid color works well in simpler spaces. We recommend a system once we understand how that floor is used.
