Concrete Driveway Coatings in Orlando
A concrete driveway carries the weight of every car, sits in the sun all day and is the first thing people see from the street. We install a finished coating system on properly prepared concrete driveways — planned around the slab and the traffic it takes.

What a driveway asks of a coating
A garage floor and a driveway may both be concrete, but the driveway lives outdoors and takes vehicle traffic every day. We plan for that from the first conversation.
- Vehicle weight and turningTires rolling, stopping and turning in the same spots, day after day.
- Hot tiresTires come off Florida roads hot. Our written warranty states that normal heat from vehicles and tires during regular use does not affect coverage.
- Oil and fluid dripsStains already in the concrete affect preparation; new drips should be wiped up when you notice them.
- Cracks and control jointsMost driveways have them. How they are handled is part of the scope we discuss.
More than one slab
Most driveways are several pieces of concrete poured at different times. We look at each one before quoting.
- The apronThe stretch that meets the street, where mail trucks, trash pickup and turning cars leave their marks.
- The main runWhere the family cars park every night — usually the area with the most drips and tire lines.
- The garage thresholdThe joint at the garage door, where the driveway finish meets the garage floor.
- Side pads and extensionsExtra parking, a basketball corner or a trash-bin pad added years later.
- The front walkwayOften poured with the driveway and worth finishing in the same color.
- Borders and edgesLawn edges, sprinkler heads and landscape beds that need clean lines.
What homeowners want fixed
The requests are familiar: black tire streaks that pressure washing won't lift, orange rust stains from well-water sprinklers, a dark oil spot exactly where the truck parks, gray concrete that looks dirty the day after cleaning, and a driveway that no longer matches a freshly painted house. Tell us which of these bothers you most — it helps set expectations about what preparation can remove and what the new finish will cover.
Living in an HOA community?
Many neighborhoods around Orlando have a homeowners association with an architectural review committee. Changing the color or look of a driveway can require an application before work begins. Ask your association for its rules on exterior finishes, submit the color sample or product sheet they request, and keep the approval letter handy. It's a small step that avoids a violation notice later.
What parks on it?
A compact sedan, a three-row SUV, a lifted pickup, a work van with a ladder rack, a golf cart, motorcycles resting on kickstands, a boat or utility trailer, a portable basketball hoop weighed down with sand — list everything that sits on the driveway for more than a few hours. Heavy, stationary loads and narrow contact points are part of the conversation before a finish is chosen.
Also mention RV hookups, an electric-vehicle charger mounted near the garage, or a sloped section where rainwater races toward the street.
A coating system — not a coat of paint
A lot of people look into painting a concrete driveway. What we install is different: a coating system applied over concrete that has been evaluated, prepared and cleaned first, so the finish has something to hold on to.
Any of our systems can go on a driveway, but for outdoor concrete we recommend full flake or quartz most often. Whatever the system, the last layer is a polyaspartic top coat.
From bare slab to finished driveway
Grinding opens up weathered concrete — or strips an old paint job — and every bit of grit is vacuumed and blown off before the first coat. Joints, the apron lip and the garage threshold get hand detail so the lines stay crisp.
On the day: cars, trash bins, bikes and anything parked on the driveway need to be moved before we start. Installation time depends on the size of the driveway and the system; we'll give you the schedule with your estimate.
Driveway pricing
Call for pricing. Driveways are quoted individually, because slab condition, cracks, stains, size and preparation vary a lot from one property to the next.

Driveway coating questions
Concrete driveways. We evaluate the slab first to confirm it is a good candidate for a coating.
Our written warranty states that normal heat generated by vehicles and tires during regular use does not affect coverage.
Yes. Crack repair is part of our driveway prep, done before any coating is applied. Photos of hairline versus wider cracks help us plan it.
Light foot traffic after 72 hours, vehicles after 5 days, and full cure in 7 days.
Let's talk about your driveway
Roughly how long and wide is it, how old is the concrete, and are there stains or cracks? That's enough to start the conversation.
