Caring for Your Coated Floor
Epoxy floor maintenance is simple: sweep regularly, clean with a pH-neutral cleaner and deal with spills when you see them. Here is the routine we recommend for garage and concrete floor coatings.

Everyday care
- Sweep or vacuum regularly.
- Clean with water and a pH-neutral cleaner. That's how to clean an epoxy garage floor the way our warranty terms recommend.
- Remove oil, fuel or chemicals when you notice them.
What to avoid
- Abrasive products.
- Harsh solvents.
- Steel wool.
- Dragging heavy objects directly across the floor.
Spills, neglect and your warranty
Occasional spills do not automatically void the warranty. Damage caused by prolonged exposure, neglect or improper use is not covered — which is why wiping up oil, fuel and chemicals promptly matters.
Every installation is backed by a written warranty covering delamination, loss of adhesion and installation-related failures, when the floor is used under normal conditions and cared for according to our floor-use and maintenance guidelines. Floor care questions
Water and a neutral or pH-neutral cleaner. Sweep or vacuum regularly as well.

Under our written warranty, normal heat generated by vehicles and tires during regular use does not affect coverage.

Coating peeling or lifting?
If a floor — ours or someone else's — is peeling, lifting or failing, routine cleaning won't fix it. That's a repair and resurfacing job.
